We want you to love your Nude Lucy pieces, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewelry cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Outcome

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size, a store credit with a bonus value, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid New Zealand Post shipping label provided via the portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any NZ Post location and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 5 business days.
